How To Cook Cheesecake With Yogurt, Mascarpone And Almonds - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 grams of biscuits or suitable biscuits
  • 1.5 liters of natural yogurt
  • 150 grams of powdered sugar
  • 250 grams of cream cheese (Mascarpone, Philadelphia ...)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 100 grams of boiled condensed milk
  • a handful of almonds

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the yogurt into gauze, finish it and leave for 10-12 hours to drain the liquid and get a thick mass.

At the bottom of a detachable form (about 24 cm in diameter) arrange the cookies in a row, fill the empty spaces that are formed with small pieces of cookies.

 

Beat (at low speed) the cream cheese with the strained milk, adding the vanilla extract and the powdered sugar.

 

When the mixture becomes homogeneous, beat the eggs in it one by one, gradually add the flour without stopping to beat.

 

Pour the homogeneous mixture over the biscuit base and level the coating.

Bake for 50-60 minutes at 170 degrees.

When the cheesecake has cooled to room temperature, refrigerate for 4 hours to cool.

Once this is done, spread with boiled condensed milk, garnish with almonds and enjoy!
