Required products :
1 teaspoon yogurt
2 teaspoons flour
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
lubricating oil
frying oil
For the stuffing:
shredded Bulgarian yellow cheese
1 egg (raw)
parsley or other green spices of your choice
salt at will and to taste
Method of preparation :
Knead elastic dough from flour and yogurt, add salt and sugar. Leave it for 40 minutes in a warm place, then roll it out, grease it with melted butter, roll it up and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Make the filling by mixing the grated yellow cheese with the chopped parsley, egg and salt to taste.
When you take out the dough, cut it into pieces. From each form a square, put a little of the filling in the middle and close like an envelope.
Fry the snacks in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
