Learn how to cook "Cheesecakes with cream cheese and chicken". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

100 grams butter
100 grams cream cheese
70 grams yellow cheese
1.5 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
3 tablespoons water
4-5 tablespoons boiled chicken, chopped (you can use another
meat of your choice or a favorite sausage)
pinch salt
add your favorite spices to taste

egg for spreading

Method of preparation :

Mix the softened butter and cream cheese in a suitable bowl.

Pour the water, immediately add the grated yellow cheese and mix everything thoroughly.

Sift the flour directly into the bowl, add the yeast.

Knead a soft elastic dough.

Roll out a rectangular layer about 1-1.5 centimeters thick, sprinkling the hob with flour.

Fold the dough in four (like a handkerchief), roll out again and repeat this procedure 6-7 more times.

After the last rolling, spread the shredded chicken on the layer (other meat, minced meat, sausage, you can make with vegetables or mushrooms, it is also an option not to use stuffing - delicious yellow cheeses are obtained).

Fold the dough in four again with the filling, cover with plastic wrap, then with a towel and leave for 50-60 minutes.

When the specified time has elapsed, roll out a layer about 2 centimeters thick and cut into squares with a side of about 2.5-3 centimeters.

Arrange them in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Spread the surface of the cakes with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
