Make the dough by beating the eggs with two hundred grams of sugar and then gradually add the flour to them. Transfer the mixture to a greased cake tin (with a removable ring) and bake for about 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 185 degrees.
Syrup the prepared loaf with the cherry juice, and arrange the fruit, tightly covering the entire base for dessert.
Beat the cream with the remaining sugar, add the mascarpone and stir.
Spread the cream on the cherries and sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate.
Put it in the fridge for 4 hours, then enjoy the dessert.
