Required products :

300 - 350 grams of butter

600 grams of biscuits

900 grams of cottage cheese

230 grams of sugar

500 grams of frozen cherries (or fresh)

300 milliliters of high-fat cream

4 eggs

10 grams of gelatin

50 milliliters of cherry juice (or water)

 

Method of preparation :

Grind the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Add the sugar to the curd and stir, then pour the cream, beat again with a mixer, beat the eggs, beat. Refrigerate the two mixtures for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the cherries. Pour them into a saucepan, add the sugar and place the dish on the stove. Do not pour water.

In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin in 50 milliliters of water or cherry juice, leave for 20-30 minutes. When the fruits start to boil, add gelatin to them. Stir thoroughly, remove from heat and leave in a cool place.

Spread the dough evenly on the bottom and walls of a suitable baking dish, pour the curd, place in the oven at 180 degrees in a water bath for an hour (maybe a little more).

Pour the cherries over the prepared cheesecake (chilled). When the juice has cooled but is still liquid, pour the fruit over it and return the dessert to the refrigerator to set.
