Learn how to cook "Cherry cheesecake with cocoa without roasting". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
350 grams of biscuits
120 grams of butter
1/3 teaspoon of cocoa
250 grams of cream cheese
1/3 teaspoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of sour cream
250 grams of whipped cream
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
600 grams of cherry jam
Method of preparation :
Grind the biscuits using a blender, food processor or meat grinder. Mix them with 3 teaspoons of cocoa powder and add the melted butter. Mix and distribute the combination evenly on the bottom of a suitable detachable form (20-26 cm in diameter). Squeeze the base to squeeze, put the dish in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
During this time, make the cream.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract and finally the whipped liquid cream.
Spread half of the combination evenly on the cooled biscuit base. Add the remaining cocoa and powdered sugar to the other part. Stir and place a row of the second cream on top of the first.
Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 4 hours. When you take it out, cut it into pieces, and cover each of them with cherry jam. You can serve with whipped cream.
