Required products :

  • 1 kilogram of ripe cherries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 400 milliliters of vodka
  • 500 grams of sugar
  • 3 leaves of cherry tree
  • 4 cloves
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • a pinch of nutmeg

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the cherries and remove the stones and stalks.

Put them in a wide-necked glass bottle or use a jar.

Sprinkle them with sugar.

Add the cloves, cinnamon and vanilla, nutmeg and leaves.

Let the fruit stay in the sun or in a warm place for the next 8-10 days.

Then pour the vodka over them and leave for 4 weeks.

Then strain and distribute the finished liqueur in bottles.
