Necessary products:

chicken fillet

1 bunch fresh spinach

1 cup peas (canned)

0.5 cups of corn (canned)

1-2 "roses" of cauliflower

2 tablespoons olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Add salt to the fillet and season with black pepper. Then put in the oven to bake in a sleeve or cook until fully cooked in salted water. Allow the meat to cool and start with the vegetable composition.

Wash the spinach and shake it well so that no water remains on it. Chop it into small pieces, pour the peas on top, then the corn. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and add it (you can grate it on a large grater). Add salt to the vegetables, season with olive oil and stir. Put 2-3 tablespoons of salad in a plate. Next to them the piece of fillet, cut into thin strips across the width.

Serve immediately after cooking until the meat turns green and the vegetables have released their juice.
