How To Cook Chicken Bites In The Oven With Thyme And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 900 grams of chicken fillet, minced
  • 2 1/2 tea cups wholemeal breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon sweet red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the bottom of two pans with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the minced chicken with 1 teaspoon of breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic, onion, salt and thyme.
  • Knead the minced meat with your hands and use 1 tablespoon of the mixture to form bites of approximately the same size.
  • Pour the remaining breadcrumbs into a deep dish.
  • Roll the bites in them and distribute them in the prepared trays.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, turning them once in the middle of baking.
  • Serve the chicken bites warm, garnished with your favorite sauce.
