How To Cook Chicken Bites With Cashews, Spices And Peanut Butter - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of chicken fillet
  • 100 grams of raw Indian cashews
  • a few stalks of green onions, finely chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoons dried and crushed red peppers
  • black pepper, salt and cumin
  • 1 teaspoon frying oil
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon beer
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • garlic powder
  • 150-200 grams of cooked white rice
  • juice of one lime
  • 1-2 bay leaves

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, mix the peanut butter with the beer, soy sauce, garlic powder, lime juice and bay leaves. Stir the mixture until smooth and set aside.

Cut the meat into cubes, heat the butter and fry them briefly. Add the cashews, season with salt, pepper, cumin and red peppers. Stir and add the aromatic mixture.

Stew the dish for 10-15 minutes and after reducing the liquid, cool. Put the rice in a plate, spread the dish on it, sprinkle with chopped onions and serve.
