Due to its high protein content, chicken breasts are useful and necessary food for the body. Here we present you an easy recipe with them, which will take you only about 20 minutes . Let's get started!
 
 
Necessary ingredients
  • 4 halves of chicken breast, with skin
  • 1 tbsp. mix of spices or herbs
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Apple vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp. chicken broth (you can also use water)
  • salt and pepper to taste
 
Method of preparation

Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Put a pan on the stove and heat olive oil in it. Put the chicken breasts skin side down. Sprinkle with the spice mix. Leave for 5-6 minutes, then turn and cook as much on the other side.

Add the vinegar and butter and shake the pan gently until the butter is completely melted. If you need to dilute the sauce, add the chicken broth. 

Serve the prepared chicken breasts with a garnish of your choice. You can decorate with lemon and a sprig of parsley or basil. Experiment and have fun!
