How To Cook Chicken Breast In Balsamic Sauce With Tomatoes And Mozzarella - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of chicken breast
  • 5 grams of salt
  • black pepper and cumin according to your taste
  • 20 milliliters of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 grams of chopped mozzarella
  • 100 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 grams of granulated sugar
  • a few fresh oregano and basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey
  • 1 teaspoon Bavarian mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

 

Method of preparation:

 

Season the chicken with salt, pepper and cumin. Arrange the meat in a pan. Mix olive oil with vinegar, honey, mustard and soy sauce. Stir with and using a silicone brush smear the meat.

Spread the remaining mixture in the pan. Put a slice of mozzarella on each fillet and garnish with tomatoes. Sprinkle with sugar and preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Bake the dish for 40 minutes, cool and distribute portions. Garnish with fresh oregano or basil leaves. Serve and eat with appetite.
