How To Cook Chicken Breast In Cottage Cheese And Garlic Butter With Lemon - Recipe

Required products :

1 piece of chicken breast
100 grams of cottage cheese
1 lemon
2 eggs
1 head of garlic
50 grams of rye flour
30 grams of breadcrumbs
canned peppers in oil
boiled potatoes for garnish
50 milliliters of oil
salt and other spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the cottage cheese and eggs, add the rye flour, salt and stir.

 
Sprinkle it with lemon juice and cut it into two oblong pieces. Dip them in the mixture of eggs and cottage cheese, leave them in it for about 20-30 minutes.

 
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken in it on both sides (until ready), before rolling it in breadcrumbs.
The exact time of heat treatment depends on the thickness of the breast.

Make the sauce.

Drain the fat from the canned peppers, add the crushed garlic cloves and half a finely chopped lemon.
