1 tablespoon cream

0.5 teaspoon mustard

salt, coriander, cumin, fennel seeds - to taste

For the sauce:

1 cup cream

clove garlic

1 small onion

Method of preparation :

This recipe is made using a multicooker, but if you do not have one, you can use standard appliances and utensils.

Wash the fillet. Mix 1 tablespoon of cream with mustard, add salt and other spices to taste. Spread the resulting sauce on the meat and store it in the refrigerator for about 3-5 hours.

Cut the onion into slices and fry it in oil ("fish frying" mode). Then fry the fillet on both sides for a few minutes (5 - 7 minutes in "meat frying" mode) and leave to cool slightly. Meanwhile, make the sauce. Grind the green spices with the garlic, then mix with the onion, cream and the sauce is ready.
