Required products :

400 grams chicken breast
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 small onion onion
flour for rolling chicken
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
200 milliliters vegetable broth
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation :
Wash the chicken breasts, dry them and cut into pieces about 2-3 centimeters in size. Roll in flour on all sides.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and pour about 100 milliliters of water into it. You can use orange juice or tangerines, an option is to make a combination between different species.
Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it until soft in the hot olive oil. Then add the pieces of meat to it and fry together, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Pour the citrus juice diluted with water and let the dish cook over high heat until the liquid evaporates (stir).
When this happens, pour the vegetable broth and wait for it to boil. Allow the chicken to simmer for 15 minutes without closing the lid. Then put a lid and let the dish simmer until the sauce thickens and until the breasts are fully cooked.
Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Enjoy your meal!
