How To Cook Chicken Breast In Mushroom Sauce With Onions - Recipe

Required products :

1.5 kilograms of chicken breast

1 large onion

400 grams of mushrooms

1 bunch fresh dill or parsley

200 grams of cream

Method of preparation :

Wash chest, mushrooms and dill / parsley with cold water. Cut the meat into strips and place in a pan with hot oil. Fry them for about 5 - 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then pour into a suitable saucepan and add salt to taste.

Cut the onion and fry it until golden, not forgetting to stir.

While the onion is frying, cut the mushrooms, which you pour over it when it is ready. Fry them together for about 5 minutes, add chopped dill or parsley, salt to taste and stir.

Finally, add the cream, stir and let everything simmer for about 3 minutes. Pour the sauce over the breasts, close the pot with a lid and place on the stove. Allow the dish to simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat.

Serve with a garnish of mashed potatoes or pasta.
