Method of preparation :
Put the chicken breasts in cold well-salted water (but not bitter with salt) for 2 hours (or at least an hour and a half).
Cut the garlic cloves and drive them into the meat or fill it with them.
Make the marinade from honey, olive oil, mustard, a little salt, black pepper, paprika and chopped green spices. Apply it to the breasts and place in a pan.
Preheat the oven to maximum (up to 250 - 300 degrees), put the meat for 15 minutes. Then turn off but do not remove the pan until the oven has cooled completely (at least 2 hours). It is best to leave the pastrami like this overnight.
