How To Cook Chicken Breast Pate With Melted Cheese, Pickles, Cheese And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

100 grams of melted cheese
300 grams of chicken breast
50 grams of walnuts
2 pickles
20 grams of sour cream
1 egg
pinch of ground black pepper
salt and other spices to taste a
piece of bread

Method of preparation :

Wash the fillet and boil it in salted water until done. When cool enough, cut into pieces, put in a blender bowl and grind until smooth.

Add the melted cheese, cut into pieces.

Boil the eggs hard. Once cooled, peel, cut into small pieces and add to other products.

Grind with a blender to obtain a homogeneous mass.

Season to taste, stir and gradually pour the cream, estimating exactly how much of it you will use to make the consistency thick enough.

Peel the pickles, grate the inside, drain the liquid and mix the rest with the pate. Add the chopped walnuts and mix everything thoroughly.
