How To Cook Chicken Breast Pizza With Broccoli, Corn And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 piece of chicken fillet / breast (about 200 grams)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 100-150 grams of broccoli
  • 100 grams of canned corn kernels
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 50 milliliters of soy sauce
  • salt and suitable spices for chicken to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the fillet into thin and long pieces.

 

Put them in a bowl and sprinkle with appropriate spices. Drizzle with soy sauce, stir, cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour to marinate.

 

Then arrange the pieces in a tray, which you have previously covered with a sheet of parchment, shaping the sun.

 

Spread onion semicircles and corn kernels on the chicken base.

 

Put the broccoli on top, divided into small inflorescences and sprinkle with finely grated yellow cheese.

 

 

Bake the non-standard pizza for about half an hour in an oven preheated to a medium temperature (180 degrees).
