Peel an onion, cut into small cubes and fry until golden. Add the spinach to them and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Peel the peppers, cut the flesh into cubes.
Sprinkle a sheet of plastic wrap with breadcrumbs, distribute evenly the yellow cheese that you previously grated. Put the chicken on it (knock first) and sprinkle with ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Next is a row of spinach with onions, add salt again. Add the pieces of pepper.
Roll up a roll, fasten it with toothpicks.
Fry in a pan under a lid for 15 minutes, turning periodically so that an appetizing crust can form on all sides.
When this happens, remove the lid, increase the temperature of the hob to maximum and let the roll cook for a few more minutes.
