How To Cook Chicken Breast Rolls With Ham, Cheese And Cream Sauce With Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams of chicken breast (8 pieces)

250 grams of ham (8 circles)

200 grams of melted cheese (8 circles)

50 - 80 grams of yellow cheese

salt and pepper to taste

dried thyme

 

For the sauce:

250 - 300 grams of sour cream

1 - 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)

1 - 2 teaspoons sweet mustard

50 milliliters of dry white wine

dried thyme

 

Method of preparation :

Knock the chicken breasts, season with salt, pepper and thyme, put them in an envelope or plastic wrap to absorb the flavors and aromas.

The size of the pieces should be approximately the size of the ham slices.

Make the sauce by mixing all the products listed for its preparation. Distribute it on the bottom of a suitable dish in which you will bake the rolls.

Put a circle of ham and melted cheese on each piece of breast, sprinkle with thyme and roll. If necessary, use toothpicks or wooden skewers to secure them. Arrange them in the prepared tray.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and place the dish to bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
