Required products :
1 piece chicken breast
2 eggs
leek stalk
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 carrot
slice white bread
salt, freshly ground black pepper and coriander - to taste
walnuts to taste
oil
milk
For the sauce:
200 milliliters of fresh milk
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic
pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash and dry the chicken breasts, cut them into 4 equal pieces, which you will then have to roll. Season with salt and pepper, cover with plastic wrap and beat. Spray with oil and leave the chicken for a while.
Drizzle the bread with fresh milk to soften it. Crush the walnuts in a mortar, finely chop the leeks and grate the carrots.
Fry onions and carrots in hot oil, beat the two eggs with the vegetables, pour 2 tablespoons of milk and cream. Mix everything thoroughly and add the walnuts.
Drain the milk from the bread and add the crushed slice to the other products. Stir, heat the mixture a little and the filling is ready.
Spread it on the fillet pieces, with a layer of about half a centimeter.
Form rolls, fasten them with a toothpick and fry first for 3 minutes on the side where the sticks pass, then turn and let cook for another 2 minutes.
Close the container with a lid and let the rolls simmer for another 10 minutes.
Make béchamel sauce by adding the crushed garlic cloves at the end of cooking.
Serve the dish with it, you can garnish with boiled rice or vegetables.
