Learn how to cook "Chicken breasts with yellow cheese breading and tomato sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

2 slices white bread without crusts
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg
4 chicken fillets
100 grams grated cheese
black pepper
salt

For the sauce:

800 grams of canned tomatoes
1-2 cloves garlic
leaves of a few sprigs of basil
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Mix the bread and parmesan, pour olive oil, add a little salt and turn into crumbs using a blender.

Beat the egg lightly with a fork.

Season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper, then put in flour, but let it stick to only one side of the meat.

Dip the same part into the egg.

Finally put in the crumbs.

Arrange the fillets on a wire rack with the breaded surface facing up. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the coating turns red. Be careful not to overcook, as the meat will become dry. Five minutes before removing from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese.

While the chicken is roasting, make the sauce.

Using a wooden spoon, mash the tomatoes in a suitable bowl. Add the chopped garlic and basil, salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 8-10 minutes without closing with a lid until it thickens slightly.

Serve the tender breasts with the fragrant tomato addition.

Enjoy your meal!
