Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 300 grams of sliced ​​chicken breast
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 150 grams of black olives - boned
  • 2 bay leaves - whole
  • salt and 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Method of preparation :

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and fry the meat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

When ready, add the remaining fat, onion and cook for 1 minute, and remove the meat to a plate.

Add the carrots and stir. Squeeze the lemon juice into the pan. Add the olives, meat and bay leaves. Season and cover with a lid.

Let simmer for 4-5 minutes, then add the tomato sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine all flavors and serve.
