How To Cook Chicken Breast With Tomatoes, Garlic And Olives In The Oven - Recipe

Required products :

4 pieces of chicken breast
3 cloves garlic
olives to taste (pitted and chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
300 - 400 grams of cherry tomatoes (can plain)
onion to taste
oil

Preparation :
Wash the chicken breasts, dry and cut each piece in half with a sharp knife,
forming a "pocket". Season with salt and pepper inside and out.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into 4 pieces, peel the garlic and onion and chop finely.
Fill each "pocket" with tomatoes, garlic, onions and pieces of olives, arrange in a suitable
container and pour a little oil (maybe a little water). Bake the dish in the oven at a temperature of 180 - 200
degrees for about 40 - 45 minutes, until a golden crust is formed.
