Required products :

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 350 grams of onions
  • 160 grams of celery root
  • 160 grams of carrots
  • a few garlic cloves (about 20 grams in total)
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, sour cream and mustard


Method of preparation :

Cut the carrots into straws.
