How To Cook Chicken Broth With Yellow Meatballs - Recipe

Necessary products

 

For the broth:

1 carrot

1 onion

1 chicken leg

1 - 1.5 liters of water

salt and pepper to taste

1 bay leaf

 

For the meatballs:

100 grams of grated yellow cheese (or suitable hard cheese)

2 tablespoons flour

20 grams of butter

1 egg

pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the water into a saucepan, add the whole onion, spices, leg. Let the broth boil until the meat is ready. Then remove it from the liquid that you strain.

Grate carrots finely and add to broth.

Next is the making of the meatballs. Prepare the "minced meat" for them by mixing the products listed above. Using two tablespoons, form balls and drop them one by one into the boiling broth. Let it boil for 5 minutes and turn off the stove.

Close the pan with a lid, leave the soup for 5 minutes, then you can serve in suitable plates or bowls. Serve the cooked leg separately.
