Necessary products:

4 loaves of wheat bran

400 grams of turkey or chicken fillet

200 grams of smoked breast

100 grams of wheat bread

100 ml of fresh milk

1 onion

2 tablespoons oil

4 pieces of yellow cheese

2 sec. l. mayonnaise

For the salad:

1 tomato

1 yellow sweet pepper

1 cucumber

2 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

parsley

pepper

left

Method of preparation:

Soak the bread in the milk. Cut the fillet and breast into pieces, grind them together with the soaked bread and onion 2-3 times (maybe with a blender). Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, knead. Form 4 meatballs.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the meatballs for 15 minutes. 5 minutes before removing, put a piece of yellow cheese on each of them.

Prepare the salad: cut the vegetables into straws, chop the parsley. Mix, season with salt, pepper, olive oil.

Cut the loaves in half, bake them in a toaster. Spread mayonnaise on the lower part, put the meatball and the salad on it. Close with the other part of the bread.

Place the burger on a plate, aside from the salad and serve.
