How To Cook Chicken Cake With Mayonnaise And Garlic Cream - Recipe

Necessary products:

1 kg of minced chicken

500 grams of potatoes

1 onion

2 tablespoons semolina (with tip)

4 eggs

oil

butter

For the cream:

250 grams of mayonnaise

4 cloves garlic

Method of preparation:

Boil the potatoes, add butter to them and make a puree. In a separate bowl, mix the minced meat with onions, semolina, eggs, season with salt and pepper, mix well with your hands and divide into five equal parts. Heat oil in a pan, place the minced meat in the middle of the pan and spread it evenly with a spoon. This will give you 5 "pancakes" that you need to fry on both sides. Pre-make the cream by mixing the mayonnaise with the crushed garlic.

Assemble the "cake", arranging the "marshmallows" on top of each other, and put the "cream" between them. Spread the hot mashed potatoes on top, you can sprinkle with grated yellow cheese, spread with ketchup and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
