Learn how to cook "Chicken casserole with onion, tomato and cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

2 pieces of chicken breast

2 onions

2 tomatoes

1 pepper

150 grams of yellow cheese

70 grams of cooking cream

3 cloves garlic

50 milliliters of soy sauce

parsley

olive oil

salt and spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the breast in half to get 4 pieces. Put them to marinate in soy sauce, to which you have added chopped parsley and garlic.

Meanwhile, cut the peppers and onions into small cubes, fry them in olive oil or vegetable oil.

Put the breasts in a ceramic baking dish, arrange the pieces tightly next to each other so that there is no space between them. Cover them with fried peppers and onions, add salt and spices to taste.

Drizzle with cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Arrange tomato rings on top (towards the end of baking you can sprinkle with yellow cheese again).

Put this miracle in the oven and let it bake at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.

When the finished dish has cooled enough, cut it into pieces and it will be very tasty :)
