How To Cook Chicken Cream Soup With Beans And Spinach - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken cream soup with beans and spinach". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 30 grams of butter
  • 500 grams of chicken meat (legs, wings, breasts)
  • 1 head of old onion
  • 200 grams of fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon and a half boiled white beans
  • 150 milliliters of sour cream
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Method of preparation:

Boil the meat, cool and debone. Strain the broth and set aside. Stew onion and chopped spinach in hot oil, add meat, beans, salt, pepper and curry.

Let the soup simmer for about 30 minutes, cool and build it with a mixture of beaten egg yolks and sour cream. Sprinkle portions and serve the soup warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
