Necessary products:
500 g chicken fillet
100 grams of butter
300 ml cream with a fat content of 15%

Method of preparation:
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water. Wash the mushrooms, clean and cut into semicircles, fry them in oil and put them in the pot with the chicken. When the meat and mushrooms are cooked to full readiness, remove them from the broth, separate a few mushrooms for decoration, and grind the rest together with the breast with a blender and return to the broth.
Put the butter and flour in a hot pan, fry, then add the cream, salt, pepper and stew for 5 minutes. Pour the resulting mixture into the soup.
Pour into suitable bowls and before serving, garnish with separated mushrooms and parsley.
