Required products :

  • 250 grams of chicken breast
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 3 grains of allspice
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 150 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 100 grams of pasta
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • parsley
  • black pepper, salt

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the fillet, put in a saucepan, pour a liter of water and place on the stove. Once the liquid boils, drain it, pour the water with clean water (1.5 liters) and season with allspice, bay leaf. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let the chicken cook as needed. When completely cooked, cut into pieces or shred into fibers.

Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut carrots and onions into small cubes and carrots into medium-sized ones. Pour the potatoes into the boiling broth and cook until soft.

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the carrot and onion cubes. Once golden, add them to the broth.

Cook the pasta separately according to the instructions on the package. Drain the liquid with a colander.

Sprinkle the prepared soup and pour the cream and soy sauce into it. Season and heat for a few minutes.

Finally add the chicken, pasta, chopped parsley and enjoy!
