How To Cook Chicken Cream Soup With Potatoes, Leeks And Dill - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken cream soup with potatoes, leeks and dill". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 3 potatoes
  • leek stalk
  • 300 grams of chicken fillet
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • connection dill
  • 4 slices of bread

Method of preparation :

Cut the fillet and peeled potatoes into large pieces, put them in a saucepan and pour enough water to cover them. Put the pan on low heat and bring the liquid to a boil. Remove the foam that has formed. Add salt to the broth and add 1 bay leaf, if desired. Boil the products until ready.

Cut leeks into large cubes, and grate carrots better.

Heat oil (maybe olive oil) in a pan and fry carrots and leeks in it. Once the orange vegetables are fried, add the flour and let everything cook for about 4 minutes. Pour a glass and a half of water, let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.

Then make croutons from the bread. Cut it into cubes and fry in butter or bake without it until crispy.

Remove the chicken to a plate, grind it (with a meat grinder or blender).

Mash the potatoes.

Add the vegetables to the meat and grind again in a blender for 5-7 minutes.

Finally mix the two purees, pour the broth and mix well.

The soup is ready, serve it with fresh dill.

Have a good time!
