Required products :
400 grams of chicken fillet
1 onion
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
For the stuffing:

About the breading:
flour
egg
breadcrumbs
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Peel an onion and grind it together with the chicken fillet. Season to taste and add the breadcrumbs. Stir and let the minced meat rest, before that wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut off their legs.
Wet your palms with cold water and form a layer of minced meat. Put a sponge in the middle and wrap it with the chicken.
Give a round shape and roll first in flour, then dip in beaten egg and finish the breading with breadcrumbs.
Fry the croquettes in a large amount of hot oil.
