1.5 kilograms of chicken legs

2 onions

300 milliliters of cooking cream with a fat content of 10%

130 milliliters of chicken broth

5 grains of cardamom

4 cloves

2.5 cm ginger root

4 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon cumin

0.5 teaspoon dried chili peppers

1 tablespoon sugar

50 grams of almonds

salt to taste

oil

Method of preparation :

Bone the legs, remove the skin and cut the meat into small pieces. Fry them in very hot oil until they form a yellow crust.

Grate the fine almonds.

Mix garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin and chili peppers, grind them with a food processor until smooth.

Add the almonds and pour the broth. Beat once more.

Fry until golden onion (pre-chopped) in the fat in which you fried the meat earlier.

Add the spice mixture to the almonds.

Add the meat.

Finally, pour the warm cream.

Stir, add salt to taste, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, cardamom, cloves and maybe a little cinnamon. Close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. If your sauce seems too runny, add some more ground almonds.

You can serve the finished curry with boiled rice.

Enjoy your meal!
