Necessary products:
2 pcs. chicken breasts
40 g flour
2 eggs
50 g breadcrumbs
parmesan to taste
80 ml of olive oil
180 g of tomato puree or ketchup
a pinch of nutmeg
salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Cut the breasts into large pieces, pound them and salt on both sides, beat the eggs. Roll the meat first in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. Grate the parmesan and roll the chops in it as well. Sprinkle with nutmeg and you are ready to fry.
Heat olive oil and put the fillet in it. Fry on both sides until done. Serve with your favorite garnish and ketchup or tomato paste.
