How To Cook Chicken Cutlets With Vegetables And Peanut Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil (or olive oil)
  • 450 grams of chicken cutlets
  • 2 teaspoons broccoli florets
  • 1 large red kamba, cut into strips
  • 1/4 tea cup of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 2 teaspoons grated lime peel
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon porridge

Method of preparation :

Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Fry the chicken on both sides, then cut it into thin strips. Add the broccoli and peppers and fry until the vegetables are lightly browned.

Reduce heat to medium heat. In a small bowl, homogenize 1 teaspoon of olive oil, coconut milk, soy sauce, peanut butter, Sriracha sauce, lime peel, lime juice, ginger powder and cumin. Pour the coconut mixture and chicken into the pan and cook for 30-40 seconds.

Remove from the heat, sprinkle with cashews and serve on a plate over cooked rice if desired.
