Necessary products for four servings:

  • 1 kg of chicken breast
  • cumin, black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • a few fresh basil leaves
  • 200 grams of mozzarella
  • 2-3 tomatoes, cut into circles
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • juice of half a lemon

Method of preparation:

Wash, dry and make several incisions the width of the chicken breast. In a bowl, mix cumin, black pepper to taste, soy sauce, mustard and lemon juice. Stir and spread the meat evenly on all sides.

You can cook chicken in two ways. The first is in a pan, the second in a pan with a lid. If you decide to bake it, prepare a tray lined with baking paper. Arrange slices of mozzarella and tomatoes in the cuts of the meat, sprinkle with finely chopped basil and bake the dish at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

The second option is the same, but instead of in a pan, put the chicken in a pan heated over low heat. Put a lid and stew the meat for 20-25 minutes. Serve the dish warm, decorated with fresh basil leaves.

Enjoy your meal!
