Required products :

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • a handful of sesame seeds
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • salt, pepper


Method of preparation :

Roast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until dark.

Cut the fillet into pieces at your discretion and fry them until desired.

Peel a grapefruit, remove the white skin from the slices.

Make caramel by melting the butter (you can use a little more than the indicated amount) in a small saucepan, add the brown sugar (you can also adjust the amount according to the consistency of the mixture) and let the crystals melt as much as possible in the fat. . Pour the juice squeezed from a slice of grapefruit and continue to cook, stirring. After adding the fruit liquid, the sauce will be more homogeneous.

Once it starts to look like honey, put the remaining pieces of citrus that you have previously cut in it. Heat some caramel and then add the crushed garlic cloves. Cook for 5 minutes.
