How To Cook Chicken Fillet In Walnut Marinade And Garnish Of Boiled Potatoes - Recipe

Required products :

2 pieces of chicken fillet

1 clove garlic

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup walnuts (or almonds)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

parsley if desired

 

For the garnish:

6 - 8 medium potatoes

1 tablespoon butter

1 small bunch of dill

salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the fillet. Crush the walnuts and add the crushed garlic clove, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Dip the meat in the resulting marinade, spread well on both sides, close the pan with a lid and let the chicken stand in the mixture for about 20-30 minutes to taste.

Then put the fillet in a pan, cover with foil and bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 - 220 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the garnish. Peel the potatoes and cook until done. Add salt at the end of cooking. Drain the water, grease the potatoes with butter and sprinkle with chopped dill.

Serve the finished fillet with the whole boiled potatoes.
