How To Cook Chicken Fillet In White Wine Sauce With Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 pieces of chicken breast, halved and cut longitudinally / 4 fillets in total /
  • 340 grams of mushrooms, cut into slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 tea glass of white wine
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed or finely grated
  • 1 1/2 tea cup mixture of fresh milk and cream / 50: 50 /
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

 

 

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper on both sides and fry for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Turn and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Add the onion and garlic to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
  • Add the mushrooms, stir and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle with flour, stir and pour the wine.
  • After 2-3 minutes, add the mixture of milk and cream. Stir and cook for another 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Return the chicken steaks to the pan, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
