How To Cook Chicken Fillet Skewers In Leeks And Bacon (grilled) - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken fillet skewers in leeks and bacon (grilled)". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of chicken fillet
  • 200 grams of bacon
  • the white part of 1 large stalk of leek
  • 2-3 juniper berries
  • ground red pepper and salt

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the bacon into thin strips not less than 5 cm wide, sprinkle them with ground juniper berries.

Cut the white part of the leek stalk in half and blanch the leaves for two minutes in boiling water, then dry them.

Cut the fillet into cubes with a side of about 3 centimeters, season them with ground red pepper and salt.

Wrap each piece of chicken first in a strip of leek, then in a strip of bacon.

String on skewers, grill for about 6-8 minutes, turning on all sides.

Serve with your favorite sauce.
