How To Cook Chicken Fillet Stuffed With Prosciutto And Cream Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken fillet stuffed with prosciutto and cream cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream cheese with garlic and herbs
  • 4 thin slices of prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 6-12 leaves of fresh basil, depending on size
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Thin the chicken breasts with a meat hammer up to 1.5 cm thick.
  • Spread them with 1/2 of the cream cheese and arrange the fresh basil on top.
  • Cover each fillet with 2 slices of prosciutto and spread the chopped sun-dried tomatoes on it.
  • Carefully roll and secure with toothpicks. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and fry the rolls on all sides until golden brown. Remove the sticks when turning them.
  • Transfer the pan to the oven and bake the chicken rolls for about 40-45 minutes until the meat is ready.
  • Take them out on a board and wait 15 minutes before cutting them.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
