Learn how to cook "Chicken fillet with beans, cherry tomatoes and parmesan". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
4 pieces chicken fillet
400 grams canned beans
350 grams cherry tomatoes with stalks
80 grams grated Parmesan
5 sprigs thyme
3 sprigs basil
6 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Grease a suitable dish with olive oil and arrange the chicken fillet in it. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Drain the canned beans from the liquid, rinse with water and add to the meat. Put the cherry tomatoes together with the stalks.
Mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt. Pour this sauce into the pan and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
Bake the dish in a preheated oven (at 180 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.
When you take it out of the oven, put fresh basil leaves and serve.
