Required products :

2 pieces of chicken fillet

125 grams of cheese

200 milliliters of cream (with a fat content of 20%)

1 small bunch of dill

1 small bunch of parsley

Method of preparation :

Wash the fillet and make a deep "pocket" with a sharp and thin knife.

 

Mash the cheese with a fork, add the finely chopped dill and parsley.

 

Fill the "pocket" with the resulting mixture.

 

"Close" it with a toothpick.

 

Fry the fillet on both sides until a golden crust forms, then pour the cream, close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer for 10-15 minutes (or until ready).

 

You can serve the stuffed fillet both hot and cold.
