Required products :

  • 2 pieces of chicken breast with skin
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 large lime
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cut half of the lime into thin slices and squeeze the other half.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chili, pepper, parsley, garlic and lemon juice. Season with salt and stir.
  • Add the chicken breasts, stir and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Transfer them to a pan, sprinkle with the marinade and distribute the lime slices.
  • Bake for about 60-75 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat.
  • Serve the chicken fillets warm, garnished with your choice.
