How To Cook Chicken Fillet With Mushrooms And White Wine - Recipe

Required products :

  • 700 grams of chicken fillet
  • 450 grams of mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1/4 tea cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tea glass of dry white wine
  • 1/4 tea cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 tea cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

  • Place the flour in a shallow dish.
  • Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper and roll it in flour.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over high heat.
  • Fry the fillets for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer them to a plate and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Reduce the heat and sauté the mushrooms and thyme in the remaining oil for about 6 minutes until soft.
  • Add the wine and broth and cook until the liquid is reduced by half. Stir periodically.
  • Season with salt and pepper and return the chicken chops to the pan.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
