How To Cook Chicken Fillet With Mushrooms, Cream Sauce And Bourbon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken fillet with mushrooms, cream sauce and bourbon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 6 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 220 grams of mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 green onion stalks
  • 1/3 tea bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon cooking cream

Method of preparation :

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and roll in flour. Set aside until needed again.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of the butter together with the olive oil. Finely chop the onion and put it in the pan along with the chicken. Fry until the fillets are golden and crispy - about 15-20 minutes.

While the fillets are cooking, water them with a spoonful of bourbon every few minutes.
Once you have finished frying the chicken, transfer it to an oven preheated to 100 degrees to keep the meat warm.

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and fry them in the same pan in which you cooked the chicken (the bourbon should have evaporated by now). Put the last spoonful of butter and fry them until golden on both sides.

Add the cream to the mushrooms and stir, picking up any pieces of chicken left on the bottom of the pan. Cook over medium heat until the liquid begins to thicken. Add salt and pepper if needed.
Serve the chicken drizzled with the sauce.
