How To Cook Chicken Fillet With Mushrooms In Cream Sauce - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken fillet with mushrooms in cream sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 3 chicken breasts, halved and slightly thinned
  • 1/4 teaspoon tapioca flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 200 grams of mushrooms, cut into slices
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed or finely grated
  • 1/2 tea glass of white wine
  • 1/4 tea cup coconut cream
  • fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the tapioca flour, salt and pepper. Stir.
  • Roll the chicken steaks, shake off the excess and fry them in olive oil for about 4 minutes on each side until golden.
  • Take them out on a plate and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Add the butter to the pan and saute the mushrooms and garlic with a pinch of salt for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the coconut cream and stir until melted.
  • Return the chicken fillets back to the pan, along with the separated sauces.
  • Remove from the heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
